Get comfortable and close your eyes.
Start to focus on your breathing – in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Just let everything go. For five minutes.
Every time a thought comes up, blow it away on your breath. And return your focus to the music.
Follow the music and your breath, and release everything else.
This is your time.
